The report

Your inbox, read for you and laid out as a day.

Instead of another list of unread messages, Mailrise surfaces the emails and dates that matter and arranges them by when they need you.

Today
Deadlines, confirmations and requests that need attention now, pulled out of the messages they were buried in.
Upcoming
Trips, meetings and due dates further ahead, so the next few days don’t arrive as a surprise.
Important Email
Messages worth reading properly, separated from the newsletters and notifications around them.
Summary
A short, readable summary of the mail you’ve selected, for when you want the gist before opening anything.

How it works

Pick, Keep, Complete.

Three simple intentions give you control over what your report shows. They’re separate choices, not steps in a fixed order. Use whichever one matches what you mean.

  1. Pick

    Include it in the report.

Picked mail becomes part of your report and its summary, so it’s right there when you sit down to read the day.

  2. Keep

    Hold on to it, quietly.

Kept mail is preserved without being added to the report, and it’s protected from bulk cleanup, so you can tidy around it with confidence.

  3. Complete

    Mark it as done.

Completed items are cleared from active reports and left out of new summaries, so finished work stops asking for your attention.

On-device intelligence

The reading happens on your iPhone or iPad.

Mailrise uses Apple Intelligence to analyze your mail and write summaries on your device. The work that turns messages into a report runs locally on your iPhone or iPad.

Runs on-device

  • Analyzing emails to find dates, deadlines and important messages
  • Building Today, Upcoming and Important Email
  • Summaries of the mail you select
  • Natural-language search across INBOX mail stored on your device

Uses the network

  • Syncing your Gmail INBOX
  • Actions that change your Gmail account, such as moving mail to Trash or sending a reply

What AI features need

  • An iPhone or iPad that supports Apple Intelligence
  • Apple Intelligence turned on, with the model available
  • A language that Apple Intelligence supports

Small tools for the moments in between.

Search the way you remember

Describe what you’re looking for in plain language, like the invoice from the design studio last month, and Mailrise looks for matching messages. Search runs on-device across the INBOX mail stored locally on your device. It doesn’t cover your full Gmail archive or the contents of attachments.

  • Reply drafts you review

Choose Reply or Reply All, then let on-device AI help draft a response guided by your intent. Review and edit it before tapping Send. You can forward messages separately.

  • Originals and attachments

When a summary isn’t enough, open the original message and its attachments right from the report.

  • Trash, with Undo

Move mail to Gmail Trash when you’re done with it, and Undo if you change your mind.

FAQ & compatibility

Good to know.

Requirements at a glance: iPhone or iPad on iOS or iPadOS 26 or later, a Gmail account, and Apple Intelligence for AI features.

Which email accounts does Mailrise work with?

Mailrise works with Gmail and focuses on your INBOX. It isn’t a universal client for every email provider.

Which devices are supported?

iPhone and iPad running iOS 26 or iPadOS 26 or later. AI features also need hardware that supports Apple Intelligence, with Apple Intelligence turned on, the model available, and a supported language.

Does the AI analysis happen on my device?

Yes. Mailrise uses Apple Intelligence to analyze your mail and write summaries on your device. Syncing with Gmail and actions on your Gmail account still use the network.

Do I have to Pick, Keep and Complete in order?

No. They’re independent. Pick adds mail to your report, Keep preserves mail without adding it and protects it from bulk cleanup, and Complete clears finished items from active reports and new summaries.

Will Mailrise send email on my behalf?

No. When you choose Reply or Reply All, Mailrise can help draft a response based on a few questions about what you want to say. You review and edit the draft, and nothing is sent until you tap Send. Forwarding is separate and doesn’t use AI drafting.

What does search cover?

Natural-language search looks through the INBOX mail stored locally on your device. It doesn’t search your entire Gmail archive or the contents of attachments.
